It has been a pleasure meeting couples and photographing weddings throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Devon and the rest of the southern England and occasionally in Europe. "We found out about Nick through an advert in Dream Weddings Magazine. Amazed at his very competitive rates, we e-mailed Nick straight away to arrange a discussion and almost immediately he responded with some suggested dates. Our initial meeting with Nick was really useful. Not only did he show us some excellent examples of his work and explained the different photograph packages available to us, he also came armed with lots of other helpful hints and contacts for florists, wedding dresses and entertainment! We are so pleased that we selected Nick as our wedding photographer. Nick's service was very professional from the outset and he was always really friendly and very approachable with our ideas and suggestions on how to capture our special day. Nick couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. We had a pre meeting at the venue and scoped out our photo locations. We definitely recommend this as it takes the pressure off of finding photos locations on the day. During the ceremony Nick was completely unobtrusive, we didn’t even know he was there! He felt more like a guest than someone we had employed for the day and inspired my son to become a photographer although he's going to need lots of practice :). "Wedding photography is something you only usually get one shot at so we knew that choosing our photographer was going to be an important decision. When we first met Nick we both knew straight away that he was the man for the job. A very approachable and easy going guy but a true professional. From our initial meeting he made it clear to us that it was our day and he would do everything he could to capture all the shots we wanted. We did a walk around at both the church and at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel where we had our wedding reception the week before our wedding so we could go through with him where we wanted photos taken. He is also very creative with his work which made for some great shots and he mingled well with our guests. Nothing is too much for Nick and neither of us would hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a photographer. "Christmas has always been the most magical time of the year and ever since I was a child I have always dreamed of a winter wedding. When booking our wedding so close to Christmas I didnt for one minute think it would come true, I nearly hired a snow machine! On the morning of the wedding I couldn't believe it when I woke up to a blanket of white snow. On our way to Rhinefield House while driving through the ornamental drive, we entered what can only be described as something from the Chronicles of Narnia, completely breathtaking and out of this world. From the moment we booked Nick to take our wedding photos he was so helpfull and friendly. He really put us at ease. He listened to what we wanted and also had some brilliant ideas for us. "When first meeting Nick there was an instant rapport between us all and we knew that we would get a professional service from him. Nick did our wedding photography on 16th December 2010 and challenged him to taking photos in an evening environment. We had a candle lit church service with no other lighting and the photos were amazing. The photos taken at the reception venue (which also had low lighting and candles) were just as lovely. We are very happy with our photos, despite being disappointed with the weather and the lack of opportunity to go outside, Nick was still able to get some great shots inside using different techniques to vary the style of some of the images resulting in some truly unique photos that look amazing. Nick made us feel calm and relaxed throughout the day and was able to blend into the crowd unnoticed to get some great natural action shots.
