You agree that all personal information provided by you either through this website or in writing may be used by Nick Rutter Photography solely for the purpose of communicating back to you. Other than as required by law, or as permitted under these user conditions, Nick Rutter Photography will not disclose your registration details to any third party without your permission.
NRP store only essential personal information as follows. Personal information is stored as a necessity for the purpose of communication only (lawful basis being a contract, and our legitimate interest is to make contact to fulfill this obligation). We store names, emails, phone numbers and addresses. For marketing, we gain consent for specific contact, emailing for events and news. As soon as any data is redundant it will be removed. Business and supplier emails are securely stored.
If you think we have your personal data and want it removed, contact us here on our contact us page and we will do it within 48 hours.
If you know we have your data and you no longer wish to be contacted for any reason including offers/discounts, please email us on our contact us page and write, “please unsubscribe” and state what the specific service, contract or arrangement you have with us is, or you believe you have with us is.
If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored for up to a year. However NRP will always ask you to email all information via the contact form to enquire about services. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
When you call us we do not retain any information from the calls or record them. We will ask you to contact us with all information needed via our contact us page
Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.
We offer various services to customers, primarily couples getting married, but also married couples, families and businesses. All work is undertaken via contracts and data is collected via a CRM.
